Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your travel package. By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Booking & Pricing
- •All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- •High season surcharges may apply during peak travel periods, holidays, and special events.
- •All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- •A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- •Full payment must be made at least 30 days before the departure date.
Accommodation
- •Hotel accommodations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- •Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- •In case the specified hotels are unavailable, we will provide similar alternate properties. Any cost differences will be communicated in advance.
- •Room preferences (smoking/non-smoking, specific views, etc.) are requests only and not guaranteed.
- •Hotel star ratings are based on local standards and may differ from international standards.
Transportation
- •Vehicles are not at disposal for additional sightseeing. Extra charges will apply for any additional travel.
- •Transportation schedules are subject to change based on weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- •Seat allocation in vehicles is on a first-come, first-served basis unless specified otherwise.
- •Children under 5 years may be required to sit on a parent's lap during transportation.
- •Luggage restrictions may apply. Please check with your booking agent for specific limits.
Documentation & Identification
- •All guests must carry original, valid identification documents (Passport/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Voter ID Card/Driving License) for security and hotel check-in purposes.
- •International travelers must ensure their passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond their travel dates.
- •Visa requirements are the responsibility of the traveler. We recommend checking with relevant embassies.
- •Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
- •Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian and carry appropriate documentation.
Itinerary & Activities
- •Itineraries are subject to change based on weather conditions, local events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- •Some activities may be weather-dependent and may be modified or cancelled for safety reasons.
- •Optional activities and excursions are available at an additional cost.
- •Physical fitness requirements may apply to certain activities. Please check before booking.
- •Photography and video recording may be restricted at certain locations.
Cancellation & Refunds
- •Cancellation charges will apply as per our cancellation policy, which varies based on the time of cancellation.
- •No refunds will be provided for unused services or early departures.
- •Force majeure cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- •Refund processing may take 7-14 business days after approval.
- •Administrative fees may apply to all cancellations and changes.
Liability & Responsibility
- •We are not liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- •Natural disasters, weather conditions, or acts of God
- •Political unrest, civil disturbances, or government actions
- •Transportation delays or cancellations
- •Medical emergencies or health-related issues
- •Loss or damage to personal belongings
Health & Safety
- •Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel.
- •Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- •Basic first aid will be available, but travelers should carry their necessary medications.
- •Safety briefings must be attended before participating in any adventure activities.
- •Local emergency contact numbers will be provided upon arrival.
